Miracle Of Art collects data for its members and stores it in a database for the purpose of proper functioning of the website.
Following data of a site member is exposed for other visitors:

Members nickname.
Any other personal data, which is explicitly checked to be exposed to public in members personal setting page.
Items and item information posted by the member.
Public messages in forums, comments and ratings to items of other site members, posted by the member.

Following data is indexed in the search engine:

Keywords associated with artwork items in gallery.
Titles and content of item descriptions.
Titles and content of forum posts.
Aggregated data - such as number of page views, number of image exposures, forumm message views etc.

No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. We strive to protect such information, however we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information that you transmit to us. MiracleOfArt.com maintains a secure data storage system. However data on this website is considered "non business critical" and thus no extra protection features are present such as traffic encoding or database encryption.

All services are available via http protocol and no certificates are needed.
Passwords are not stored in the site database, so password theft is not possible at server side.
MiracleOfArt.com uses cookies in its client front-end. However, no personal information is stored there.

Members are responsible for actions made on the website using their password, including any products purchased or sold and any content displayed or messages sent, even if these actions were not approved or contemplated by them. Members are solely responsible for any loss caused by any use of their passwords by themselves, or any other person.
