In order to receive the appropriate services they grant MiracleOfArt.com a non-exclusive royalty free license to use and archive the content in accordance with or as reasonably contemplated by this agreement. By posting an item in the site storage of MiracleOfArt.com a member states following:

He owns all copyright in the content, or if he is not the owner, that he has permission to use the content, and that he has the right to display, reproduce and sell the content. He licenses MiracleOfArt.com to use and sub-license the content in accordance with this agreement;

His content is not misleading and deceptive and does not offer or disseminate fraudulent goods, services, schemes, or promotions.

If third party materials are used in the artworks presented in MiracleOfArt.com gallery, then it is recommended to describe the sources/mention authors of these materials. Examples for such third party materials are of photographs, digital models, textures, fractal formulas etc.

It is not recommended to publish materials, which belong to third parties even if they are described as "free to use" by their original authors, or in case the original author is unknown. Instead of this you may publish links to the Internet resources where these materials can be found. Use the link share area or the forum for this.

You may publish materials, which are licensed to re-distribute. In this case you declare that re-distribution rights are granted to you by the primary owner.

MiracleOfArt.com takes no responsibility for copyright infringements, which are not reported to the site moderators. If there is such a signal, site moderators will remove or temporary block the content, which is reported to disturb copyright policy until all parties involved find an acceptable solution.
